Freshwater Bay Holiday VillageThe holiday village is a quiet holiday park in a rural setting behind Freshwater East Beach. The holiday homes are arranged in short terraces in well kept landscaped grounds. No dogs are allowed. There is an on site eating/drinking facility called the Longhouse at the front of the site. The Longhouse is mainly open in the peak holiday weeks and weekends. They serve a great home cooked Sunday lunch and also have outdoor decked areas.
Freshwater EastThe holiday village is part of Freshwater East village which has a nice inn at the top of the hill called the Freshwater Inn. It serves meals and has lovely views over Freshwater Bay. It is very pleasant to relax in their beer garden and admire the view. Freshwater East also has its own nature reserve which includes dunes, woodland and marsh. There are lovely walks to enjoy in the nature reserve while looking out for wild flowers and animals.
Periwinkle is located in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park which has stunning coastal scenery, interesting castles, plentiful wildlife and lots of opportunities for outdoor activities. There is the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and plenty of other wonderful walks to enjoy. The area is popular for surfing, coasteering, fishing, sea kayaking, kite surfing and much more. The air quality is great and there are plenty of sandy beaches for chillaxing.
