INSIDELocated in a most sort after area of Poole, Dorset, is this modern large 2bed flat directly opposite and with spectacular views of the 55acre Boating Lake in Poole Park. Fully furnished to a modern standard with a fully equipped integrated kitchen - Dish washer, W.machine, Fridge/freezer, Microwave etc. All beds are available to whatever configuration you wish and come with fresh linen. A large lounge/diner (Approx 17'x12') & master bedroom overlooks the boat lake. There is plenty of parking and garden with furniture.
All services, light, heat, gas, water, and Wi-fi are included in the fee, The flat and beds are freshly prepared for your arrival. The flat has access to a garden with garden furniture and a large garage for parking. Additional parking is available at the front of the property (Pay&display) and a car park at the rear (Local Swimming Pool)
NB:Please bring your own towels. For the comfort of all our guests pets and smoking is strictly prohibited.
OUTSIDE SPACELocated within the Park, you have access to all the facilities the Park has on offer - the many exercise facilities dotted around the lake for public use, children paly area (inside and outside), water activities on the Lake, tennis courts, grass bowling area, but to name a few.
POOLE AREAPoole as a whole has Europe's largest natural harbour with over 150Km of shoreline, five islands and wonderful scenery - making the apartment an ideal base to explore all. Close by are 5km of award winning sandy beaches - Shell Bay, Studland and Sandbanks - and the world Heritage coastline of Dorset. Poole Quay, an easy walk away from the property, has interests for all age groups with waterside views, al fresco dining and many attractions.
Ferries leave daily from Poole to Brownsea, a beautiful 500 acre island with quiet beaches and country walks or a sail up the river Frome would take you to the historic market town of Wareham.
ACTIVITIESIf it is activities you are looking for, nearby at Sandbanks beach (2mins drive from the flats) there are water sports of every kind, including parascending, water-skiing, inflatable banana and ringo rides. Lessons in windsurfing are available in the safe and shallow waters of Poole Harbour. Poole Pottery is well worth a visit where the pottery can be seen being made and you can have a go yourself - painting or throwing a pot.
Tower park leisure complex has something for everyone whatever the weather - with 10 screen cinema, Quasar 2000 laser battle zone and 11 of the hottest, fast water rides at splashdown.
Baiter Park with its large open field, football area, children climbing framse and skate boarding ramps - all opposite the sea is also a short walk away.
Arriving By Train: Get off at Poole Train Station. From there it is a very short taxi ride to the flat. Alternatively, an easy walk to Main Bus Station -> passed the Dolphin Swimming Pool -> to the flat in Poole Park.

Nearest Airport: You will arrive at the Bournemouth International Airport. It is then a 20mins drive by taxi to the flat in Poole Park.
