John & I are private owners with chalets on California Sands. The chalets are brick built but we have had them double glazed and upvc cladded. They are fully equipped for self catering. The site is ideal if you want a base to explore in and around Norfolk, but lots of our clients just like coming down for a rest and to "chill out"!
