Camaes is a picturesque seaside village with two fantastic beaches, clean sand, rock pools, cliffs, access the restored coastal paths.
It has a few pubs and restaurants, chip shop, newsagent, bakers, butchers, chemist, convenience store, hairdressers, coffe shop.
Great base to tour the Island or keep to Cemaes, have a go at throwing your own pot in the village pottery. Jam factory near by, Cemlyn nature reserve a short drive.
Douglas Inn at Tregele near by, great food and friendly staff, stayed at Coed Cottages, clean, friendly and comfortable, lovely grounds, plenty of room for the kids to let off steam!
