Beach Breeze Master Bedroom and Twin Bedroom
The master bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with an apex ceiling, this creative use of space provides a lovely hideaway for couples to relax, one kingsize bed, 2 bedside glass tables with reading lamps, velux window and chest of drawers. Below the mezzanine floor is a single bed. Twin bedroom is decorated in aqua colour palete with oak twin beds, bed side table with reading lamp, wardrobe and chest of drawers enjoying sea glimpses of Croyde beach.

Lounge with a large LCD TV (surround sound) DVD player, music system and Wifi. A brickwork fireplace houses a modern log burner for those cosy nights in, The lounge provides 2 large brown sofas, a coffee table foot stall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach.

Stables Kitchen/Diner
large modern kitchen diner which provides a dual oven/grill, touch sensitive hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. A good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware is supplied along with BBQ tools. A large wooden oval table with bench seating nestles infront of the picture window that over looks the beach.

Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass paneling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivaled views of Croyde beach from every angle. To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small outside cupboard that houses the tumble drier. There is an outdoor tap for rinsing off wetsuits and feet.
