Bedrooms & Sleeping
Master BedroomThe master bedroom is furnished with a four poster bed. It has fantastic views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight. It also has a flat screen TV with inbuilt DVD player.
Bedroom 2Offers two single beds with double aspect views over the Solent to the Isle of Wight and overlooking the lifeboat station and Christchurch harbour.
Living & Facilities
KitchenThe cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with built in appliances including an American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a table with comfortable leather cushioned seating for 4.
LoungeA large lounge with feature fireplace and front facing over the quay. Relax on one of the leather sofas or enjoy the 40" flat screen TV. The DVD player is also a hard drive recorder so you need not miss any of your favourite programs. There are a selection of DVD's, games and books to keep all the family occupied and a Bose SoundDock stereo system.
Family BathroomSituated on the 1st floor the family bathroom is fully tiled with a large bath to relax in after a day on the beach or a long walk. Towels are provided for each guest but please bring your own beach towels.
Shower RoomSituated downstairs this room offers an electric shower and toilet.
Location & Surroundings
General LocationSituated on Mudeford Quay , famous for crabbing! It has a great pub 'The Haven House Inn' within a stone's throw and a cafe within walking distance, plus the ferry to Hengistbury Head. The New Forest is a 15 minute drive away, Christchurch 10 and Bournemouth 25 minutes.
The QuayThe Quay has children's play park, an RNLI lifeboat station, fresh fish stall, Cafe, The Haven House Inn and a large green area which is perfect for picnics, ball games and kite flying. Many sightseeing or fishing boat trips leave from the Quay as does the ferry across 'the run' to Hengistbury Head.
The BeachAvon Beach is a Blue Flag beach and a mere 10 minute walk from the cottage
Christchurch HarbourChristchurch harbour is a safe haven to learn and try watersports from Windsurfing to Sailing and the Highcliffe sailing club is based on the Quay.
The New ForestThe New Forest is on your doorstop and the perfect place to go if you want a day away from the sea and sand.

Arriving By Car: From A35 Christchurch Bypass take the B3059 Purewell Cross Rd. At the next roundabout 2nd exit to Stanpit. Turn right into Chichester Way - just on from Christchurch Harbour Hotel. Property is on end of quay just beyond The Haven House Inn.
Arriving By Train: Christchurch Rail Station - 2.1 miles Hinton Admiral Rail Station - 2.3 miles
Arriving By Bus/Coach: Christchurch Coach Stop - 2.0 miles Highcliffe - Lymington Road Coach Stop - 2.4 miles Boscombe Bus Station - 5.7 miles Nearest Public Bus Stop is ~ 7 mins walk.
