Our Southover View holiday apartments are south facing and all have their own separate entrance. All self-catering apartments have stunning sea views and a decking balcony. There is a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom holiday accommodation available, with our largest apartment sleeping 10 persons.

Woolacombe Bay, Glorious North Devon
Surfers are out all year riding the breakers of the Atlantic Ocean. Watched over by lifeguards in the summer season, bathing and swimming is safe between the flags. The surf at Woolacombe helps make Woolacombe Bay such a fantastic Devon holiday attraction. It is known world-wide, suitable for both the experienced surfer and the beginner or body boarder. Surfing lessons, board and wet-suit hire are available from Nick Thorn's Surf School.

Beach Apartment 2 - sleeps 4-6.
Ground floor apartment with 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom. There is a full size double sofa bed in lounge which closes off to a 3rd bedroom, 2 luxury shower rooms with toilets. One is en-suite to the double bedroom and the 2nd is located off the hall. This apartment has its own very large front patio with panoramic views overlooking Woolacombe Beach. This apartment is ideal for families and those with restricted mobility/wheelchair acces.

Beach Apartment 3 - sleeps 4-6.
This ground floor front apartment has 1 double en-suite bedroom with king-size bed & 1 twin bedroom. There is a full size double sofa bed in lounge which closes off to a 3rd bedroom. There is a family bathroom located off the hall, this apartment has its own very large front patio with panoramic views overlooking Woolacombe Beach. This apartment is ideal for families and those with restricted mobility/wheelchair acces.

Beach Apartment 4 - sleeps 6-8.
This first floor rear, forward facing apartment has 1 double en-suite with king-size bed & 1 family bedroom with double plus full adult size bunks. There is a full size double sofa bed in the lounge which closes off to a 3rd bedroom with a large family bathroom off the hall. With a private entrance to the gardens you can access its own large patio. The living/dining area & main bedroom enjoy panoramic views overlooking wonderful Woolacombe Bay.

Beach Apartment 5 - sleeps 4-6.
This first floor front apartment has 1 double en-suite bedroom with king-size bed & 1 twin bedroom. It hasa full size double sofa bed in lounge which closes off to a 3rd bedroom. There is a family bathroom located off the hall. This apartment has its own large front balcony with panoramic views overlooking glorious Woolacombe Beach.

Beach Apartment 6 - sleeps 2.
This is our Honeymoon & Romantic Break apartment. It is 1st floor front duplex with spiral staircase - there is a very large balcony with its own gas BBQ off the lounge giving panoramic views over Woolacombe Bay. The upper floor Master bedroom has a king-size bed strategically placed to look across the beach through the Juliet balcony towards Putsborough. There is a gorgeous luxury double en-suite shower room and fully fitted luxury kitchen.

Beach Apartment 7 - sleeps 2.
The Garden Penthouse This apartment is ideal for that romantic weekend getaway. It is a 2nd floor open plan self catering Garden Penthouse.It has its own very large furnished balcony off the lounge giving lovely views over 520 sq mtres of terraced gardens. There is a gorgeous luxury double en-suite shower room and has a fully fitted luxury kitchen. It sleeps 2 but a Z bed can accommodate a child in the lounge area if required.

Beach Apartment 8 - sleeps 2/4.
This is our penthouse apartment with exposed natural beamed ceilings and fantastic sea views. It is 2nd floor front and has a double bedroom with king-size bed. There is a full size double sofa bed in the lounge which closes off to make a 2nd bedroom. It has a double shower room located off the hall and a fully fitted luxury kitchen. This apartment has a Juliet balcony overlooking the full length of Woolacombe Beach.

Southover View - For the larger groups sleeping 2-10.

Southover Self Catering Apartments are ideally situated for dog owners who like to explore North Devon's coastline. Many beaches allow dogs onto them with certain seasonal restrictions. We are a pet friendly establishment and will accept well behaved dogs and small caged animals in suitable units with prior agreement.
