Location & Surroundings 

LOCATION
We are located in a glorious corner of Devon, less than one mile from the South Devon coast. The park sits in beautiful rolling countryside, so there's a lovely feeling of space and nature.

DAYS OUT IN DEVON
South Devon is rich in interesting places to visit and plenty are right on our doorstep. Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands Adventure Park, Quay West Water Park, Pennywell Farm, Dawlish Warren Beach, Dartmoor, Paignton Zoo, Living Coasts, Becky Falls to name but a few. You can get information on all these places and much more from our Reception (discounts available to some of these attractions).

FISHING
We have five well stocked lakes which are home to carp, tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch and even koi.

PLAY AREAS
We have two children's play areas, a woodland adventure area and a sports wall. Great to keep your little ones fit and active throughout their holiday. We also have an indoor soft play area - brand new for 2012

Directions & Getting Here 

Arriving By Car: Leave the M5 motorway at Junction 30. Take the A379 signposted toward Dawlish and afer about 30 minutes, having passed through Kenton, Starcross and the small harbour village of Cockwood, the park is on the left after half a mile.

Arriving By Train: The nearest main train station is Dawlish or Starcross.

Arriving By Bus/Coach: Exeter Coach Station is the main coach station and from here you can get the number 2 bus which runs regularly. There is a bus stop on the main road at the entrance to the park.

Nearest Airport: The nearest airport is Exeter.

Week: £225-£1,010
Prices start at £225 for a week's break in a Tamar during low season and can rise to £1010 for a week in a Cottage in peak season.

Short Break: £85-£199

Additional Details 

SWIMMING POOLS
We have an outdoor heated swimming pool, with an additional heated baby pool available from the May half term week until the beginning of September. There is no extra charge for the use of this pool. We also have a brand new for 2012 indoor leisure complex with indoor pool, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy loungers for the adults to relax. There is also a splash zone for the kids to go wild! There is an extra cost for the use these.
