Master Bedroom
If you like to fall asleep to the sound of the surf then this is the place to be. Located on the 2nd. floor, this room is light and fresh with a king-size bed, matching bedside cabinets and lamps and built in his 'n' hers wardrobes. You have the benefit of your own en-suite shower-room; free sat sky TV; and independently operated heater. All bed-linen is provided and is changed weekly. There's also sufficient space for the travel cot here.

Twin Bedroom
Located on the ground floor, adjacent to the main bathroom, this bedroom has a bright and jolly decor reflecting the seaside. It is furnished with matching bedside cabinets (with touch lamps), a wardobe and dressing-table with stool and mirror. Duvets, pillows and bedding are of the highest quality with bedlinen changed weekly.

Kitchen/Diner
Located on the first floor, this good sized kitchen has all the equipment and conveniences you might expect to find in a property of 5* standard. There is a larder fridge-freezer, a washer-drier, a dishwasher, a built-in glass hob, oven and grill. Little extras also include a liquidiser, toaster, children's cutlery & crockery, a thermos flask and ice blocks for picnicking. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and a high chair is provided.

Lounge
Located just off the kitchen with french doors opening onto a good sized balcony with sea views. The lounge offers 2 very comfortable matching sofas - perfect for sinking into at the end of a busy day; a coffee table; a child's table and 2 matching chairs - for colouring and games whilst you prepare meals undisturbed; independently operated free sat Sky TV; a DVD; CD player; books and games.

Garden Room
Located on the ground floor, at the rear of the property, this room has french doors opening onto a decked and gravelled patio area. It contains two sofas, side tables, a lamp and also has a TV/Video player with free sat Sky TV. With a different sky box on each floor a different channel can be playing in each to suit all the family's tastes! Children will love the opportunity to enjoy their own room and space. Some videos/DVDs are provided.

Main Bathroom
Located on the ground floor adjacent to the twin bedroom and garden room. It has a bath with 'Triton' shower over and glass screen; a low level WC; and wash hand basin. There is also a mirror, shaving points, independent heater and extractor fan. A fresh bath mat is provided for your use and is changed weekly.

Rear Garden
The rear garden is enclosed with wooden fencing. It offers a decked area with garden furniture, an umbrella, seat pads & loungers. There's also a rotary washing line. The rear of the property offers views of the sea and of the Special Site of Scientific Interest (SSSI) : a home to some rare and protected birds and wildlife. One evening, whilst sitting on the balcony, we spotted a white owl swooping over the SSSI!

Parking Spaces for 2 cars
In a busy seaside village parking isn't always easy and can be far from the beach. This property offer guests 2 parking spaces, off the road, on the front drive. With less than 250m to walk to get to the beach you couldn't be any closer!

Child Friendly
This property is well suited to a family with children of all ages. We provide a high chair, stair gate, travel cot, liquidiser, games, books, videos and CDs, children's crockery and cutlery, and night lights. There are beach toys and inflatables for guests use, children's wet-suits and water shoes of varying sizes. Older children will love the opportunity to have a whole floor of the house to themselves and total control over the remote!

Depending on the time of year the price varies between £275 and £775 per week.
Shorter breaks are also available outside of the peak holiday periods.

Perfectly Located
This is a modern and attractive property in the popular holiday village of Broad Haven, centrally positioned on St. Brides Bay & within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. It is only a 2 minute stroll from the glorious golden beach and from all village facilities e.g. shops, restaurants, public houses, water-sports hire. Guests have easy access in the village to the coastal path. It is on the coastal bus route & sometimes free to travel.

Haverfordest Town only 6 miles East
The village is located 6 miles west of the town of Haverfordwest at the end of the B4341. Puffin Way is the last left turn before the sea front. The town has all you will need including 2 large supermarkets; a weekly farmer's market; a cinema; restaurants; take-aways; and a castle and museum.

Broad Haven Beach
The beach at Broad Haven is beautiful and safe. The tide does come in as far as the road but also goes out far enough to enable us to walk over to the village of Little Haven along the sand. It offers rock pools, climbing rocks, cliffs, caves and soft, golden sand. It's broad expanse at low tide provides plenty of space for flying kites or playing cricket and rounders. Seals, flying mackerel and a basking shark have been seen here.

On a rainy day, you might want to visit the newly opened Bluestone Leisure Park which is close enough for a day's visit to their Blue Water Lagoon.

• Head for Haverfordwest. From Haverfordwest follow road signs for Broad Haven. Distance: approximately 6 miles along one country road. Turn left into Puffin Way just before arriving at coast road.
