Kitchens in Bluebell Cottage and Poppy CottageFully equipped, modern and spotlessly clean. Fan oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle,fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, dining table and chairs. Delightful selection of crockery and cookware. All cleaning products, tea-towel provided. Complimentary coffee/tea/sugar/milk. Takeaway/delivery menus provided (because not everyone likes to cook on their holidays!) But for those who do - there is also a cookery book!
Living Area in Bluebell Cottage and Poppy Cottage2 seater leather sofa bed, TV/DVD, occasional chairs. The living /kitchen/diining rooms are all one large room and are the perfect "family room". Opening out into the furnished Courtyard for a super extra outside entertainment area.
Bathrooms in Bluebell Cottage and Poppy CottageOur bathrooms are simple and beautiful. Natural stone tiles and a cream suite have given a lovely warm and calming ambiance. All bathrooms have a bath, shower, sink and w.c. We provide a selection of toiletries with our compliments.
The CourtyardTheflowerfilled furnished Courtyard provides more dining facilities for those who like to eat al-fresco. The Courtyard is all on one level and the flooring is concrete and brickblocking making it accessible for wheelchairs and prams.
Car ParkThere is plenty of space on our car park. All parking is private, safe and FREE. The car park is covered by 24hr CCTV. The carpark surface is road chippings. Cars are able to load and unload on the brickblock surface for prams and wheelchairs etc.
The Grounds at Cedar ParkWe are set in 5 acres of meadows and paddocks. Here at Cedar Park we have a pony and a foal and chickens . Wildlife also roam freely around the grounds including pheasants, partridges, foxes, owls, sparrow hawks, ducks, geese, a variety of birds. One or two of our visitors have been lucky enough to see a deer on the lawn at Cedar Park!
The Cottages-------in GeneralThe cottages have lovely big windows, tiled floors and neutral decor to create a light and airy feel. We have deliberately kept clutter to a minimum to make the cottages child friendly, and to maximise manoeuverability and free space. Blinds are fitted at the windows and pillows and duvets are anti-allergen endeavouring to aid allergy sufferers. Cottages are always presented to our visitors with very high standards of cleanliness.
Location & Surroundings
Out and About4 minutes in the car from Cleethorpes beach and Pleasure Island. 10 Minutes from Cleethorpes Pier. 20 minutes from Louth and 10 minutes from Grimsby. All have easy access and directions. A little further away - Lincoln and Hull are 45 minutes away. Skegness is 50 minutes away and Mablethorpe only 25 minutes. All cottages have lots of leaflets and booklets with details about places to visit and events being held in Linconshire.

Cycling Holidays in LincolnshireCedar Park is a perfect base for cyclists. The cottages and carpark are covered by 24hr CCTV and bycycles can be locked and left outside your own cottage, We provide all the cycle routes for the Lincolnshire oast and The Lincolnshire Wolds in our information Touris Information packs in he cottages.
Walking Holidays in LincolnshireWe have all the details of the local walks in the Lincolnshire Coast and the Lincolnshire Wolds in each cottage. The Wanderlust Way, The Viking Way, The Silver Lincs Walk etc . All leaflets give great details and information with historical facts and coordinates and even ideas for lunch stops.
Fishing Holidays in LincolnshireWe are blessed here in Tetney. We have lots of ponds, rivers and lakes in the area for all fishing types. Fly Fishing, coarse fishing, carp ponds. we are even lucky enough to have several charter boats which take you one a full sea fishing experience. We have all the details available in the cottages. Booking in advance for sea fishing is essential. The Courtyard provides the ideal space for you to prepare your equipment prior to fishing.
