Two Bedrooms, Two Ensuites
Each of our 4 pretty cottages has a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a twin bedded room with a second ensuite. All cottages have central heating and are decorated in a traditional 'chinzy' cottage style.

Open plan sittingroom/kitchen
The open plan sittingroom/kitchen offers full kitchen facilities with cooker, microwave, fridge, and lots of eletrical appliances as well as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils. Freezer access. TV with Freeview, DVD, VCR, Radio, Radio Alarm, Hairdryer, Vacuum, Iron & Board, Torch and Wi-fi and ethernet Broadband access.

Access to the cottages
All the cottages are on the ground floor, with level paved access from the car park drop off point. Ramps are available to each cottage front door, disabled equipment for loan (including wheelchair & commode). Wheelchair turning space in ensuite.

Family friendly
Cots and high chairs for loan; outdoor play area; games room with pool/snooker, table tennis, Play Station 2, table football and exercise machines. Laundry room and information room with DVDs, Videos, books and games to borrow.

Outdoors
Playground, landscaped courtyard with each cottage having it's own area with picnic table, garden chairs, parasol. Use of BBQ. Small working farm with Sheep, Cattle, Pigs and Chickens. [Animals on site subject to grazing rotation]

Dogs Welcome
Well behaved house trained dogs are most welcome. 5 acres of fields at the back of the cottages for exercise; information on lovely local walks.

Directions & Getting Here 

Arriving By Car: M5 Junction 22. A38 towards Weston-super-Mare. A370 at next roundabout towards Weston-super-Mare. 2 miles turn left and follow road through Lympsham village for 1 mile. Turn Left into Brean Road. Hope Farm is on the first bend on the right.

Arriving By Train: Weston-super-Mare BR station. Call in advance and we will arrange transport for you.

Arriving By Bus/Coach: Weston-super-Mare bus station or Bridgewater coach station. Call in advance and we will arrange transport for you.

Nearest Airport: Bristol Airport 18 miles away. Call in advance and we will arrange transport for you.
