How to find us
Travelling along the M5 leave at junction 27 and follow signs towards Bideford. You will cross the new bridge over the River Torridge and then meet a round about. Turn right towards Northam and 100 metres on your left you will see large double gates and a B&B sign. Turn in off the road and immediately right through a five bar gate into large parking area.
Westward Ho! Beach is a 2 minute drive away. Just over the bridge is Instow and further on from Northam is the small coastal village of Appledore

Additional Details
Old Barn offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere serving home cooked local produce. The house is situated just off the Devon link Road. We have 2 double rooms with a private bathroom. The house is a detached Devon longhouse with a beautiful walled garden at the back and ample parking at the front. The largest of the rooms can be converted into a family room and children are welcome
There is a no smoking policy in both rooms.
