bedroom 1front bedroom has double bed.
bedroom 2rear bedroom has 2 bunk beds
bedding, cleaning etc.we cannot supply bed linen. all beds have duvets/pillows but we ask that you supply your own sheets/pillow cases. (2sheets per bed for hygiene purposes).
Living & Facilities

kitchenequipped with cooker/microwave/fridge/toaster. Basically, if it is in there you can use it.

generalthere are buckets/spades etc. in the chalet for your use. if you use them please clean and return them.
dogsthis is one of the few sites which still allow dogs but they must be kept on leads. (extra charge of £10 for dogs)
Location & Surroundings
where are we?Just to the north of the town. 5 mins walk from beach, and less than a mile from the centre of Mablethorpe. Walk or cycle south along the prom about 2miles to Sutton-on-sea.
sight seeingideally situated about 1/2way down Lincolnshire coast for those who like to explore. South to Ingoldmells/Skegness, north to Cleethorpes/Grimsby or inland to Horncastle & historic Lincoln. alternatively Grayscroft coaches run daily tours from mablethorpe.

wild lifefor those who enjoy watching nature there are many secluded places along the coast. eg north to Saltfleetby or up to Donna Nook for seals. South past Skegness to Gibraltar Point.
Directions & Getting Here
Arriving By Car: Arrive on A1104 straight ahead toward sea front, turn left on Quebec rd. about 3/4 mile turn left into Links ave, chalet park is at far end. Or at 30mph limit on A1104 turn left on Golf road, at end turn left and Links avenue is 50mt on left..
Arriving By Train: Closest railway station- Skegness.
Arriving By Bus/Coach: buses arrive at coach park near town centre where taxis are readily available for short ride to chalet park.

saturday to saturday. price is for chalet not per person.
Short Break: £75-£250
price based on mon to fri letting.
Weekend: £60-£180
price based on fri-mon letting.
2020 prices start at £100pw low season to £420 high season, no airport fees/taxes or other hidden extras.

this is 1 of the few sites still allowing dogs (which must be on lead). if you bring dogs that bark incessantly or which are left unattended you will be asked to vacate the property.

An ideal base for touring the east coast. Within easy drive of Grimsby,Cleethorpes, Lincoln & Skegness. Lots of quiet villages/nature reserves along coast ideal for bird watching etc. or inland to Tattershall castle & other historic sites.
Good bus services to SKEGNESS, LINCOLN, INOLDMELLS ETC.
