Saltfleet
I used to got on holiday every third or fourth weekend with my grandparents to our caravan which they had in an apple orchard in one of my grandads houses that he owned down a little lane in saltfleet, those memories will last with me forever the little lady who used to look for shells on the beach and the amusement arcade where i used to spend my pennies, that was in 1970.
One day i would love to take my children to see this fascinating place. My family moved away and travelled all over the world I now live in south Africa but those early memories of saltfleet will always remain with me.

I live in Doncaster and have visited Saltfleet every year for the past 40 years. from going on holiday with my grandparents in the 60's to taking my grandchildren in 06.
I find the place amazing. Im so transfixed by the place that in the summer season I cycle from Doncaster, have a couple of pints in the New Inn and then cycle back to Doncaster.
Ive told the wife that if I win the Lottery its not Barbados, Australia, or the Indian Ocean, Its SALTFLEET!!!!
I can still smell the freshly made bread from the bakery down the lane from the Post Office and the little paper shop opposite the Crown Pub. Oh the memories!!!!!

Saltfleet
Hi, I just thought I'd let anyone who's interested in Saltfleet know how much I love it there.
Ever since I was a baby my family has gone to Saltfleet on holiday. It is a beautiful, peaceful and quiet little place with people who are the kindest I have ever known.
We used to own a caravan there and it was the best holiday I've ever been on. I came to this site, after having had to sell my caravan, looking for a caravan to rent for a week.
Saltfleet beach is one of the biggest I've ever been on, at first it is grassy, but then you can find the most wonderful beach in the world, but a long way down to the sea!
It is close to Skegness and Mablethorpe too, between them, so it is an ideal holiday if your after a variety. Although I know my elderly relatives who go, simply enjoyed just staying at te caravan.
It's a delightful place to go and I hope it gives you as happier holiday as I have had since I was born! Enjoy Saltfleet, it's wonderful and I shall surely miss it if I don't get to go again, like I'd wish to!

Mablethorpe
Mablethorpe has miles of sandy beaches with plenty of room even on hot summer days. The beach has won the Blue Flag award again. The promenade is also a cycle track. Great for families.

Sutton on Sea is a great place to take a famaily, my gran and grandad have been taking me there since i was a little girl, its fantastic there are things for children and adults. It really is a fun weekend go on give it try! xx

hi readers this is georgia and i have been to ingoldmells and skegness for 11 yearS.
I love fansty island and the amusements and skegness all of it. You can go on rides like the TWISTER, YELLOW ROLLER COASTER, RED ROLLER COASTER.
SKEGNESS IS FUN LIKE MY MUM SPENDS ALL THE TIME IN THE SHOPS.
Ingoldmells is dead dead popular and great fun.
For excitment the Jelliy is good for 6 yr olds because they laugh at them, it cute.
There are cafes asusements rides.
Me Jake and Leonie enjoy the Crazy Frog, The Log Flume and The Twister.

As a severteen year old lad that has been going for as long as i can remember i can safely say it never gets boring if u wish to go to chaple or skegness take a stroll along the beach and you will be there before you know it.
Fantasy Island is well worth a visit and for the people with more life experience Ingoldmells Market is well worth a visit.
Hints and Tips:
Go to the bigger chip shops they are less expensive and more enjoyable!
Go to the smaller amusements they are cheaper and just as much fun and not as packed!
Try ingoldmells You'll come back again and again!!

Ingoldmells
The biggest attraction is Fantasy Island theme park that has continued to grow year by year.
It offers some great white knuckle rides as wel as rides of the milder type! and includes the Lincolnshire eye, a giant big wheel.
Underneath is Eastegate market the largest in Europe, with indoor and outdoor stalls.
I and a mate once spent six hours browsing!
There are shops and amusement places as well as a big selection of eating places and pubs.
Vickers point is well worth a visit. Animal farm is found on anchor lane and is a popular petting farm with tea room and shop.
There is plenty of transport with fleets of buses every few minutes.
The beach is good and provides some good walks.
Ingoldmells is becoming just as popular as Skegness.
Look out for the car boot sales. There is a smaller market at the top of Sea Lane and worth a visit.
My favourite eating place is the Countryman which can be found by going to the top of sea lane and turn right. The amount given would satisfy the hungriest person and I have never been able to finish a meal thereyet. Prices are very reasonable.
Come to Ingoldmels. You will want to return time and time again.

Boston A52 a lively town which holds two markets on Wed /Sat,good shopping and top class stores touring and resurants just 5 mile from Walnut Lakes.
A52 on the way to Skegness is fun filled sandy beaches, and shop till you drop,chip ally and entertainment arcades.
Spalding A16 is a very tourist friendly town with many events held throughout the year,not least the may tulip parade world famous flotes and fun filled week,lots of excelent shopping good resturants just 5 mile from Walnut Lakes.
Peterborough,A16 to A15 from Walnut lakes mini London shopping, touring,plenty to do and see around 28 mile.
All this and bird watching in the marshes and fishing on site.
