Help With The Member's Unlock Page
Please use the details included here to help complete the unlock account process successfully. This process is fairly simple and only takes a few seconds and once done you will be ready to enter/amend accommodation, activities, services and amenities to www.GoCoastal.co.uk. As well as view and amend your personal details.
Once registered at www.GoCoastal.co.uk you will be sent confirmation by email to the contact email address given during the registration process. This email also contains a unique 'unlock code'. You will be required to enter YOUR unique unlock code when you FIRST log into the member's area.
The unlock code will be required once you have initially logged in using your registered contact email address and password. Once the correct unlock code has been entered you will be able to enter the member's area! This unlock code will not be required afterwards, and you will be able to log into the member's area using your contact email address and password only!

I can not unlock my account using the unlock code?
If you have an unlock code and when you enter it your account does not unlock, then you may have an old-style internet browser. Or you may not have 'cookies' enabled within the browser you use.
Try unlocking your account on another computer. This will help you decide whether your browser is at fault. (If you use a shared computer then you are advised to change your password after you have logged in to avoid other people logging into your account!).
You can also check your web browser's settings and ensure that 'cookies' are ENABLED. If cookies are disabled you will NOT be able to unlock or log in at all!
What happens if I loose or forget my Unlock Code?
No problem. Just visit the forgotten password facility and use it to send your login details and unlock code to your registered email address!
What happens if I entered an incorrect contact email address during registration?
No problem. Just contact us and we will rectify the problem and get your details updated, and confirmation email re-sent to you at the correct email address.
I was not sent a confirmation email and unlcock code?
No problem. The chances are that your registered email address was entered incorrect so the confirmation email would have never arrived! Just contact us with your correct registered email address and your registered contact name and we will rectify the problem and get your details updated, and confirmation email re-sent to you at the correct email address.
