The listing of any premises in this guide is not and should not be taken as a recommendation from goCoastal.co.uk or a representation that the premises will be suitable for your purposes.

We act solely as a directory and will not become involved in any disputes between the client and accommodation owner/advertiser. However we will welcome a copy of any complaint made and may act accordingly including removal of the said advertiser where we feel this is in the best interest of our visitors!

All communication is to be made direct with the owner/advertiser of the accommodations shown at www.GoCoastal.co.uk and any contractual relationship arises entirely between the two parties.

You are not advised to send any amount of payment for accommodation in advance of any stay unless the accommodation/owner can offer adequate security and insurance for any monies and/or the holiday itself. Likewise adequate personal holiday insurance may also cover loss of monies and/or the loss of the holiday itself for any number of reasons. So always check with an insurance company if in doubt.

All grades shown for AA, RAC, VB, WTB and STB are listed under copyright and with exception of the WTB and STB, grades are not verified before being displayed, so always check grade validity with the accommodation owners themselves before booking. Anyone displaying a grade logo is bound by the terms and agreements laid out by the individual grade issuing bodies. Grades by WTB and STB are checked by their representatives before being displayed at goCoastal.co.uk.

The listing fee is £18 for the first month you advertise here. The rest of the year is totally free. The second year which is invoiced at £18 for January works out at just 5p a day for a year. This fee is payable in advance. There is no obligation to pay and stay. All unpaid listings will simply be removed and you will be charged nothing! The monthly listing fee may be increased or withdrawn at any time but all paid listings will continue as before until the listing payment period expires. The FREE period special offer has been running for three years and expired May 2006.

All listings placed through logins created after Jan 1st 2006 will remain free for rest of 2006 and until April 30th 2007! Listings placed through members logins created before April 30th 2005 will be given the chance to renew now, (May 2006) for a full 12 months (5p a day). Late renewals will convert to the new Pay First Month promotion at £18 until the end of 2006! Listings added through logins created between May 1st 2005 and Dec 31 2005 will not be required to pay anything through 2006!
